Dear Governor Pacoy:

In behalf of our Basketball Team “CRCF Elyu”, we express our humble greetings.

In support to the La Union Provincial government’s advocacy in promoting health and wellness
among its constituents, our DSWD Field Office I has launch for the first time after so many years, a
regional inter-office sportsfest among its employees. This sports event includes various ball games
and athletic competitions such as fun run, mountain bike race, amazing race, basketball, volleyball,
chess, dama, sungka, and others. There are nine basketball competing teams organized which includes
our team “CRCF Elyu”. CRCF is acronym for Centers and Residential Care Facilities. There are 12
selected players for our team including our coach.

In this regard, we are humbly soliciting your good and kind heart for the financial assistance required
for payment of our basketball uniforms. Most of our players are humble houseparents and utility
workers whose meager salary are not sufficient to shoulder the whole expense.

We would like also to apologize for we could not use our official identities, official office logo and
brand due to our present status as government employees. So we come to you sir through this letter as
private individuals and humble constituents of our beloved Governor.
