Regarding the aforementioned issue, we notified you that when the cmts staff
visited the Kablana BTS site, we found that two angles and a few bolts were missing
from the tower legs. Please take this seriously, take appropriate action, and pass this
letter to the appropriate section to take corrective measures to prevent a tower from
falling in a residential neighborhood.
