Vide Circular Cited under reference instructions were communicated to units for
implementation of revised HSD prices till 30.06.2018. The Oil Companies have further
revised the HSD Oil rate dailv from O1-O7-2O1g.

1. The ED's Committee reviewed the HSD component in floor rates separately to hire
buses for the period from ol-o7-2oi8 to st-o7-2otg and
recommendations for revision in hire rates payable, consequent to revision"rb*itt"d
of HSD
oil price. VC & MD accorded approval for implementation of the revised rates as
recommended by the ED's Committee with the concurrence of FA & CAO.
2' The existing floor rates are to be Decreased in respect of all hire buses pertaining
to Tender Notifications issued from 2007 to Decemlrer'2o14 and to Exiress type
hire buses introduced as replacement to old model buses of 2OOZ and 2009
(replaced in 2013 and 2015) as per the product wise table as at Annexure
the period OI /O77 /2018 to 3t /OT /2OIB. - Afor
3. The existing floor rates to be decreased in respect of all hire buses pertaining to
November, 2015 tender notification and t; Teluguvelugu type hire bu-ses
introduced as replacement to old model buses of 2oOl analOoA notifications as
per the product wise table at Annexure - B for the period OL/OZZ/201g to
stl07l2oL8.
4. All hire buses bills shall be pre-audited before releasing pa)rment
