Terms & Conditions
i) GST paid Extra as per Govt Rule TDS Duduction as Govt Rule.
ii) 10 % retention will be kept & release after 6 month of work completion
iii) Penalty of 5% of the work order amount per week for delay in completion.

iv)
Safety & labours accommodation is vendor responsibility.Safety Equipments & instalation
in scope of contractor
v) In case of accident,injury of any nature Gagan Platinum Space LLP will not be
responsible for any such incidents, the sole liability of any accident shall be responsibility
of Contractor.
vi) Arbitration subject to pune jurisdiction.
vii) TDS & allied taxes shall be deducted wherever applicable as per government norms.
viii)
The contractor shall follow all the safety norms laid by government ( i.e safety
belts,helments,etc) ,
as necessary on site and indemnify Gagan Platinum Space LLP for any issues arising from
the same.

ix)
The work shall be carried out as per drawings,specifications as per relevant IS codes &
instruction of
the Engineer-in-charge along with all required Plywood , Steeel materials,manpower with
tools & tackles,
machinary etc.complete.
x) All labour's ESI ,PF, etc as per statutory requirement.

xi)
All rights of termination of work order at any stage without giving any reason whatsoever
reserved with
Gagan Platinum Space LLP
xii) No price escalation is applicable for the said work order.

xiii)
If any changes required in any terms of work order to be intimated within 24 hrs from
received of work order, after which it shall be understood that you have
accepted the terms & conditions of the work order .Work order terms & conditions shall
be binding upon you. 0

xiv) All local political and obstacles from local civilians should be handled by contractor.
xv) Any RTO or legal issue will be taken care by contractor
xvi) Royalty Charges & Dewatering in Builder Scope
xvii) After work completion contracor should be clean ramp and loose Material.
xviii) Excavation qty for ramp other than excavated block will not be considered in qty.
xix) The above mentioned work to be completed in 60days from the date of starting of
work, if vendor is not able to complete the work in specified time limit he is debited
Rs 2Lakhs per day from his bill & if completed early then Rs 2Lakhs per day bonus
will be given
