RE: RENT INCREMENT

This is to explicitly inform you that your rent fees have been increased from Ugx 200,000

(Two Hundred Ugandan Shillings) to Ugx 280,000 (Two Hundred & Eighty Ugandan

Shillings) with effect from 1st July, 2021. This has been decided by the management in order

to cover the ever increasing maintenance costs such as the KCCA ground rent fees.

We apologize for any inconveniences caused and if you feel that you won’t be able to afford

this new rent amount, kindly contact the landlord within the next 7 days otherwise a no-

reply will be taken as an acceptance to the new rent obligations. In case of any quer-

ies, please feel free to contact the Landlord immediately with the above contacts.
