My team consists of our own people and we try to complete all tasks independently.

But if none of us has

the necessary skills for some task, we’ll be glad to see a new person in the team.

The project is managed by two people, everyone else has their own responsibilities, but in between, if there
are any supporting tasks, they can be taken on by anyone who can do it better than others, or has the time.

The project is designed for 2 months, but if possible, it will end in one and a half.

It’s based on the use of various sources that can help, as well as one's own creativity and imagination.

During the project we faced to problems mostly with the design, because we couldn’t reach a conclusion
between the employees.

I’m most worried about the changes in requirements, because a lot of time is spent on each detail.
