Greetings!

We are 11 Tara Falls, of Bolinao Integrated, Germinal Bolinao, Pangasinan, and currently conducting
our research entitled "Customer Satisfaction Among Grade 11 Senior High School Learners in
School Canteen’s Food and Beverages” as part of our requirement for the subject of Practical
Research I.
The study aims to investigate the factors influencing customer satisfaction among Bolinao Integrated
School Grade 11 Senior High School selected learners in school canteen’s food and beverages. The
participants of this study are 10 students every section in Grade 11 Senior High School. We will use a
Interview/Observation questionnaire as one of our data gathering tool for the study.
In line with this, we request your expertise to validate the survey questionnaires, your insights would be
invaluable in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of the data gathering tool to be used.
