    The undersigned are the Grade 11 learners of Bolinao Integrated School, currently
    conducting a qualitative research entitled: Research Title, this study serves as a
    partial fulfillment of the requirements for 11 Humanities and Social Sciences.
    In view thereof, it is our deepest enthusiasm to seek permission from your good
    office to allow the researchers to administer or/and conduct observation, interview,
    and questionnaire among chosen participants. Gathered data from the research
    participants will be presented, interpreted, and analyzed. In connection with this, the
    schools’ performance or standing will not be affected. Rest assured that data will be
