We, PEH 12 Teacher of Mayamot National Senior High School, would like to request your good office
to held MASS Demonstrations – Cheer Dance at the school covered court on January 20, 2023, 8:00 AM
onwards.

This event is filled with Grade 12 STEM, ABM, GAS and TVL learners, in which one of the of its
special event is the Cheer Dance. The said event requires proper training and enough time to practice executing
routines successfully.

With that, we are humbly asking for your consideration to allow us to use the covered court for trainings
and practices from 10:00AM to 1:00PM starting January 9, 2023, Monday. To January 19, 2023.
