Why is that your name is different that popped out on the caller I.D?

- The reason why you are seeing a different caller ID it's because I'm calling through a
dialer system which doesn't have a direct line but what I'd like to do is set up an
appointment for you to speak with one of our solar experts so they can provide with the
free consultation for solar panels.

If the CX provided a “P.O Box address”

- I appreciate the information that you've provide here ma'am/sir. However, P.O Box is
only intended for your mails and we do need here your street name or address. Reason
why we need it it's because for the solar expert will have a preference in regards for
your address and don't you worry because I can assure to you that this information of
yours will only be used for this and it will not be shared or sold.

How can I determine if the Solar Expert is calling me?

- I understand your concern ma’am/sir, but don’t you worry because prior to their call,
the Solar Expert will sending you a text message so that you can determine that this is
the number of the Solar Expert who’s going to call you.

Is it a Government Program?

- This is not a Government Program but it is SUPPORTED by the Government and it is

also a part of the National Initiative promoting renewable energy.
