Letter of Invitation: For My Girlfriend Kimberly Denice Francisco Pacalin (???????????)-

Dear Visa Officer,

My name is Kimberly Denice F. Pacalin; I am a citizen of the Philippines, and residing herein. I currently
work full time as a business owner of a clothing line named “Bargain Basement by Kim” since May 2020,
which is duly registered with the Department of Trade & Industry of the Philippines.

My name is Kimberly Denice F. Pacalin, 28 years of age, a citizen of the Philippines. I am applying for a
visa to travel in Canada for __ days to spend the holidays with my significant other (and namesake), Kim
Santa Catalina and his immediate family. I intend to visit Kim from December 15, 2023, to January 10,
2024. (bakit yung sa letter ni Kim 14 days lang? If sa hotel yung ibang stay, paki specify din sa letter
where)

The purpose of this letter is to express my intention to explore the tourist spots and spend time with my
dearest boyfriend in Canada from December 15, 2023 to January 10, 2024.

It has always been my desire to spend quality and intimate time with my loving boyfriend. It would be
great and perfect time to spend the holidays with my partner, Kim Santa Catalina, a resident and citizen
of Canada.

Further, we both love to explore things and travel to beautiful places. Recently we have traveled
together in different parts of the Philippines, such as Boracay, Tagaytay, Rizal, and many more. My
boyfriend and I are keen travelers and we intend to visit the incredible Aurora lights, if we get a chance. I
am looking forward to take advantage of the shopping deals, especially it might give me inspiration of
possible designs and new trends for my clothing line business in the Philippines, when I get back on the
above-mentioned return date.

Kim got the chance to meet my entire family here in the Philippines during his visit last September 2022.
It was a lovely moment that we all shared. I have always wanted to meet his family, too. We have not
formally met in person yet, but I often talk online with his mother and brother. During this same visit in
the Philippines, Kim and I traveled to various places such as Boracay, Tagaytay, Rizal, and many more.
These trips made us realize how traveling together ignites our relationship as we discover new things
around and between us.

Kim and I are keen travelers, and we share a love for nature. If given the chance, I would love to witness
the incredible Aurora lights, and visit Canmore and Banff Park. Also, it has always been my dream to
experience a White Christmas. It will be my first-time experiencing snow and the winter season, so I am
really looking forward to going skiing, ice skating, and snowboarding with Kim. With the little time that
will be granted for us to spend together, I want to make sure that each day will count. Kim and I plotted
a schedule that we will follow. I have attached a copy of the itinerary for your reference.

During his visit in the Philippines last ____, we have realized that traveling together ignites and
strengthens our relationship by discovering new things, places and getting to know more about
ourselves. On the other hand, within the duration of my vacation in Canada, our co-owned pets namely
Mocha (Shitzu breed) and Sheeba (Dobberman), which were given as gifts from my boyfriend, Kim, shall
be entrusted in the care and custody of my mother, Rachelle F. Pacalin. I am keen to make the most out
of this wonderful experience with my partner in Canada during my short visit therein and will ensure to
return on the said date since I have to manage and develop my business to grow and expand which I
believe traveling abroad or to different places will help me provide additional and innovative business
ideas.

As a business owner, I have a more flexible schedule than my boyfriend who works for PNR Railworks,
Inc. as a ___ . Therefore, I’m the one flying to see him this time (di ko sure if okay pa or necessary pa
ilagay tong part na yan hhahaha). However, I must be back as soon as my vacation is done because I
manage a store in the Philippines. I work full time in my own clothing store (clothing LINE yata kasi is
brand mismo??) named “Bargain Basement by Kim.” My growing business is duly registered since May
2020 with the Department of Trade & Industry of the Philippines and with the office of ______ (yung sa
isa pang permit). I have also attached the documentation regarding this for your reference.

I am keen to make the most out of this wonderful experience with my partner in Canada during my
short visit therein and will ensure to return in the Philippines on January 10, 2024, to continue managing
my business as the head of sales and marketing. Additionally, my mother Rachelle Pacalin will
temporarily take in her care my 2 adorable dogs that were given to me by Kim. Their names are Mocha,
a very sweet Shih Tzu, and Sheeba, a playful Doberman.

Thus, we wish to explore different sights, places and to learn the culture in Canada. Additionally, it
would be the best time to celebrate our first holidays together and experience snow on Christmas and
New Year’s Eve.

Finally, since my partner, Kim Santa Catalina has already met my entire family and relatives in the
Philippines. In return, I want to take this chance to meet his family which we weren’t able to do so since
they are all based in Canada.
(As for the cost of my entire trip in Canada, my partner will pay for all of the expenses, ) including my
airfare, board and lodging, food and other tourist fees that we may incur. Since the purpose of my visit
in Canada is to spend the holidays time together with him, I intend to stay with my partner in Edmonton,
where he is currently residing.

I could not be more grateful to have a supportive partner that will cover all this trip’s expenses including
my roundtrip airfare, daily necessities such as food and lodging, land transportation expenditures, etc. I
will be purchasing a 28-day travel insurance with Pacific Cross Insurance, Inc. Philippines as well once I
have my plane ticket finalized to support any medical expenses if necessary. (28 days ba?) During my
visit, I intend to stay with Kim in Edmonton, where he and his family are currently residing.

I hope that this information will sufficiently prove and demonstrate my intentions of travel to your
country, as well as my ties to return back on the given date above in the Philippines.

Please find attached additional documents for your perusal. I appreciate the time you take in reading my
letter. I am hoping for a favorable response with regards to my temporary visa application.

If given the opportunity to spend Christmas and New Year in Canada with my boyfriend and his family, I
will abide by all the regulations as it is my intention to respect the rules and responsibilities of a visit visa
holder (visit visa ba?). I understand very well the importance of my compliance with the visa
requirements. I am sincerely hoping that the information I have given will meet the requirements of the
Canadian Embassy of the Philippines to approve my application.
