Start to stuff the body.

Stuff the body firmly.
Crochet 2 sc more, after round 30, to bring the tail of yarn in the corner of the body. Cut the
yarn leaving a tail for sewing.
How to finish:
Using the long tail of yarn, start from second loop. Sew the opening through the front loops by
going across each stitch (fig 8, 9 and 10).

Embroider the noce using the pink thread.

Don’t stuff the legs. Cut the yarn leaving a tail for sewing.
ASSAMBLING:
- Place the muzzle below the eyes and fix it with pins. Stuff it firmly. Base the one pin on
one round up to make the cheeks (fig 21, 22). Sew the muzzle to body and come back to
your starting point (fig 23). Then insert your needle at the one round up and go out in
the body. Tight the thread a little bit to make the nice form of muzzle.

How to close the end of the round: with a darning needle, insert the remaining yarn through all
the front loops of the stitches on the last round (fig 7). Pull all together at once and sew to hide
the yarn inside the part you are working on.

tail for closing the gap.
How to finish:
Using the long tail of yarn, start from second loop. Sew the opening through the back loops by

HAIR (ruffles)
Lay your head with the back side facing you. Work on the remaining front loops from round 13
to 15.

Insert your hook to the first loop of round 13 (fig 17) and pick up the yarn. Crochet a slip stich in
next loop (fig 18). Then make the combination of (3 ch + slst) in next 12 front loops and a sl st in
next 9 loops (fig 20, 21, 22).
•Note: we are going to make the ruffles on front side of head and corners, we should make the
sl st on back side.
Do the same steps in round 14 and 15 (fig 23). Make the ruffles in each of the front loops on last
round (fig 24, 25).
Leave a long tail of yarn for sewing the head to the body.

Attach the safety eyes between rounds 11 and 12 with 4 st

- Start with a sl st, skip the next st, make 5 dc into the next st (fig 11), skip the next st, sl st
to the next st. Repeat the process for 12 times more.
- make 13th shell in last stitch and sl st in firs st.
- You should have 13 shells in total.

Join the three toes with a sl st (fig 20).

Don’t cut the yarn, we are going to join two pieces together (fig 21).

From FO the big piece, insert your hook in the 1th stitch (fig 22) and make a sc. Now our pieces
are connected. This stitch will be first the first stitch of new round 4.

- Base the beak below the eyes on center. Fold it a little bit as show on photo. Sew the
beak to body at the corners (fig 24, 25 and 26).
