Throughout my life, I have always been so eager to help my parents with their jobs and

see what it's like to work in the business world. I have gotten the chance to see how effective

entrepreneurship is for a company, especially a startup or a small business. One of the

entrepreneurial characteristics I possess is the willingness to try new things with the risk that it

may not work. I am also very energetic, which allows me to multitask and handle multiple

projects simultaneously. In any job I have held, I have made it my goal to exceed the best I can to

make things as perfect as they can be and cause a change in the business for the better, whether

it’s big or small.

One of the things I have accomplished is working on the employee relations program,

helping with the retention of a small business back home. Within this, I have developed and

executed my ideas to extend appreciation to employees and all they do. Secondly, I worked with

my high school coaches to achieve our team goals in fundraising. Being captain, I was held to a

high standard, which led me to fundraise the most money for our team and work with my team

members to ensure they achieved this goal the best they could. Entrepreneurial skills are an

important asset in the business world, leading to the betterment of a company in many ways.
