CHAPTER 1:

PRODUCT: Our proposed product is the Chilly Cheesecake Sundae Supreme. This cheesecake sundae is a delectable
dessert that combines the richness of cheesecake with the refreshing coolness of ice cream. We conceived this
innovation with the preferences of young people in mind, especially us students.

Scrolling through social media reveals numerous posts about ice cream dates, the indulgence of ice cream during
study sessions, and its rejuvenating effects during exhausting times. This refreshing treat provides us with the energy
to stay consistent and focused on our tasks.

Taking inspiration from TikTok, particularly during the Christmas season last week, where many shared recipes,
including the traditional cheesecake. While cheesecake may not be as popular in the Philippines as it is abroad, we
aim to incorporate it into our traditions. Our goal is to blend the energy-boosting qualities of ice cream with the
traditional charm of cheesecake, creating a unique fusion that introduces the delightful flavors of other countries to
our school. We want our fellow students to experience the delectable desserts enjoyed in other parts of the world
while savoring the familiarity of our beloved ice cream.

Our products maintain a low-cost structure, ensuring affordability for students. In contrast to premium-priced
cheesecakes at other establishments, our Chilly Cheese Cake Sundae Supreme offers a delicious treat without
breaking the bank.
