PROJECTS
Electric Vehicle Range Enhancement Project
Developed a 3D SolidWorks model integrated with Flow Simulation to increase the range
of electric vehicles by leveraging aerodynamic drag forces.
The horizontal wind turbine mounted on the roof of the vehicle, so when the vehicle is
running on the highway turbine blades rotate & generate electricity simultaneously -
Calculate the drag forces on the blades, stress, torque, pressure etc, which imposed on
the blades at the time rotation at diff-diff speeds.
Perform extensive research and analysis with our team, published research paper titled
"Electric Vehicle Using Drag Force to Increase Its Range" (PaperID-160284) in the UGC
Approved Journal IJIRTPublication.
Gearbox Simulation, Analysis, and 3D Printing Fabrication
Conducted comprehensive simulations and stress analysis to optimize gearbox
Performance. Leveraged simulation results to refine the gearbox design for enhanced
efficiency.
Fabricated a functional prototype using 3D printing technology, demonstrating expertise in
computational engineering and additive manufacturing.
