TRIP OVERVIEW

Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) Trek is one of the most popular treks in Nepal. It is
quite easy and shorter trek than other high-altitude treks in Nepal. This trek
incorporates diverse terrain, culture, and wildlife along with the most spectacular
and close up view of Annapurna range, Machhapuchhre, Hiunchuli.

TRIP ITINERARY
Day 01: Fly to Pokhara from Kathmandu
Morning flight to Pokhara from Kathmandu. Stay at a hotel in Pokhara and have
sightseen during the afternoon after lunch. Stay at a hotel overnight.

Day 02: Drive to Nayapul and trek to Jhinu Danda 5-6 hours trek (Approx. 1700 m)
First, we drive to Nayapul via Pokhara Baglung highway. Your trekking start here
We walk along the countryside first and then through the thick forest. The first
section of the hike to Jhinu Danda is somewhat flat that takes 5 to 6 hours.

Day 03: Trek to Bamboo (2,310m) 5-6 hours


After Jhinu Danda, you hike up on a steep trail for about 1 and a half hours to 2
hours to reach Chhomrong at 2760 meters. Chhomrong is a small Gurung village on
a hillside with a gorgeous view of the Annapurna Range. We hike through bamboo,
oak, and rhododendron forests as the trail rises over the Modi Khola on its western
side. After a difficult ascent, we reach Sinuwa village at 2350 meters. The route then
meanders through the trees before descending a length of steep stone steps into
dense rhododendron and bamboo forests to reach Bamboo. We stay the night at a
mountain lodge here.

Day 04: Trek to Deurali (3,200m)


In the morning, we will continue our trek to our next destination, beautiful village of
Deurali. It will take us around 5-6 hours to reach there. Our trail first drops down
the river Chhomrung Khola and then elevate through Khul dighar. We will walk
through the forests for a while and then follow the trail steeply downhill towards the
bottom of the gorge, Dovan. Observing and enjoying the scene we will reach Deurali
(3200m) and stay at a local guest house for the night.

Day 05: Trek to Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) (4,130m).

After breakfast, we will start our final destination the ABC (4130m). After a short
break and Lunch at the Machhapuchhre Base Camp (MBC), we will again continue
our trek to reach our destination the Annapurna Base Camp (4,131m). It will take
total of five to six hours to reach our destination. We will walk along the MBC to
reach there. The ABC is two hours walk from the MBC. On reaching Annapurna
Base Camp, from where you will be able to enjoy the panoramic view of the
Himalayas all around. We will spend the night at a local guest house.

Day 06: Trek to Sinuwa (2,345m) 7-8 hours

After spending some unforgettable hours with the mountains, we will hike down to
Sinuwa. It is around 7-8 hours walk. We will return following the same trail. We will
spend the night in a local guesthouse at Sinuwa.

Day 07: Trek to Siwai (1,200 m) and drive to Pokhara 3-4 treks and 2 hours’ drive

In the morning we will hike to reach Siwai. From Sinuwa, and following the stone
steps to Lower Chomrong. Then we will climb up thousand stone steps to reach
Upper Chhomrong. Then, we will descend through the steep trail to Jhinu Danda
moving towards Siwai. At Siwai, we will take a jeep drive to Pokhara and stay at a
hotel overnight.

Day 8: Fly back to Kathmandu

The cost of the tour will come to be US $ 975 per person. This will provide you an
excellent service. It is the cost for a group of 1-5 person(s). If the group size goes up,
the cost will slightly come down.
