CONFLICT MANAGEMENT STYLES SURVEY

This questionnaire is designed to help you become more aware of your preferred methods for dealing with conflict situations. Based
on this awareness, you should use this preferred style when it is appropriate, but should be aware of its limitations and be able to adapt
when the style is not appropriate. After you are done filling out the survey, turn to the next page to score it:

A score of “1” indicates that you strongly disagree with the statement; a “5” indicates that you strongly agree with it. Please fill in

table below. The highest score in the raw column is your perception of your most relied-on conflict resolution style, the highest score
in the normed column indicates which style you believe you rely on most frequently relative to others who have taken the survey.
