 GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
(FAZAIA INTER COLLEGE E-9, ISLAMABAD)

PUNCTUALITY:
 Students should be regular and punctual for the school.
 Drop in your ward before 7:40a.m in the morning (Mon-Fri).
 A student coming to the school late consecutively for three days will be sent
back home the third day.
 Pick up your ward at the pack up time i.e 1: 50p.m (Mon-Thur) 12:25(Fri).
 A strict action will be taken against a student who absents himself/ herself
from college for three days without application.
 Mobile Phones are strictly not allowed.

EXAMS:
 It is mandatory for students to attend all the Monthly Assessments, MOY and
EOY Exams.
 In case a student is seriously ill during exams, he must send his application
along with medical certificate.

BOOKS / Registers (with Fazaia Monogram):

 All notebooks of your ward should be covered with the talc sheet.
 Name tag should be there on a title page with proper class and School/ College
mentioned.
 Help your ward in completing the homework written/oral.

SCHOOL / COLLEGE UNIFORM:

 Always send your ward in proper, neat and clean school uniform.
 Students with improper uniform will be warned for 1st two days and will be sent
back home the 3rd day.
 Late comer’s students will be warned for 1st two days and will be sent back home
the 3rd day along with a fine of Rs.75/- per day.
 Nails must be clean and properly trimmed.
 Girls should have their hair properly tied up with a black / white pony band.
 Boys haircut must be short and trimmed.
 Black shoes should be properly polished.

 Parents meeting days/time with the Principal and Head Mistress (Monday-
Thursday)
