1. Course Description
The subject trains students to speak English fluently and to have good knowledge of the office
world. Students will do presentations related to office fields such as business organization, job
placement, career development, travel arrangement, event organizer, and conducting meetings.
Having taken this subject, students will be able to communicate in English in office world
context.

2. Study Program Learning Outcome

a. CPL-02: Graduates are able to demonstrate skills in applying concepts, theories, and
methods logically, critically, systematically, and innovatively through a learning process that
emphasizes scientific academic ethics.
b. CPL-03: Graduates are able to master English concepts and theories through a critical and
reflective learning process of pedagogy, linguistics, and literature.
c. CPL-04: Graduates are able to demonstrate skills in using innovative concepts, theories, and
methods through the TPACK (Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge)
regarded to English learning process toward students’ understanding and educational
learning.

3. Course Learning Outcome

a. CPMK-1: Students are able to explain and perform main office works in pairs or groups.
b. CPMK-2: Students are able to deliver presentations related to office work
communicatively and in good English.
c. CPMK-3: Students are able to demonstrate confidence and maturity in their performances.

4. Soft Skills Attributes

Communicative, confident, highly motivated, sociable, critical, cooperative, disciplined,
having initiative, enthusiastic, ethical, appreciative, and creative.

5. Learning Strategy
a. Discussion
Students are asked to discuss some vocabularies and topics given in the conversations.
b. Question & Answer
The lecturer gives some questions relating to the topic of conversation.
c. Assignment
Students are asked to prepare some presentations.
d. Presentation
Students are needed to present the topics they are told to prepare.
