• Director board:

• Functions and tasks of each department:
- Human Resources Department: Implementing corporate laws and regulations,
implementing policies with workers, and creating a training system to improve
the professional abilities of all company staff are critical tasks for the human
resources department to complete. Along with fostering an environment that
supports employees' growth and advancement, this department also makes sure
that hiring, evaluating, and personnel development are done in an efficient and
equitable manner.
- Sales Department: In addition to consulting, investigating, and creating new
items, the sales department is essential for expanding the market and establishing
enduring connections with clients. This division is in charge of making sure the
business grows sustainably and competitively in the marketplace.
- Marketing Department: Planning and implementing marketing strategies to
market and sell the company's products to consumers is an important duty for the
marketing department. In order to draw clients, this division carries out market
research, examines consumer demands and trends, and suggests marketing
campaigns, sales, and brand development. As a result, it is vital to raising the
company's profile and reputation in the marketplace.
- Customer Service Department: Employees in the customer service
department are trained to identify and resolve problems that customers may have
after making purchases from or utilizing the business's goods and services. This
division makes certain that clients receive efficient and timely assistance and
problem-solving. Customer care agents deal directly with consumers, listening to
their needs and responding to them. They also offer guidance and helpful
information to ensure that customers are satisfied and that the business will
continue to serve them in the future.
- Warehouse and Shipping Department: The management of products import
and export is the responsibility of the Warehouse and Shipping Department. In
addition to organizing and supervising the storage and placement of items in the
warehouse, this section makes sure that minimum inventory levels are tracked
and maintained. Transporting items from the warehouse to consumers and
collecting money from them are handled by Addition Arrange.
- Accounting Department: The Accounting Department is essential to the
company's financial management. Capital management, employee compensation
calculations and disbursements, handling of income and expenses, asset and
financial resource management, transparency and compliance in financial
recording and reporting, and adherence to accounting and tax laws are all under
the purview of this department.
- Technical Department: Within the organization, the Technical Department is
in charge of maintaining and repairing equipment and goods. The technical staff
makes sure all of the company's assets and machinery run smoothly and
continually. They carry out routine upkeep, inspections, and required repairs to
guarantee the stability and dependability of the company's equipment and
systems.

1. Job description.
During my internship at Murlles. TK Vietnam Service and Trading Company
Limited, which specializes in lights and ceiling lamps, I was assigned to the Sales
department. My responsibilities encompassed various activities aimed at
supporting the sales team and enhancing customer relations. Below is a detailed
breakdown of the tasks and activities I undertook:
