WORKING EXPERIENCE:

1. Working as a Assistant Manager at Klaus Union Industries Pvt Ltd, Coimbatore from
Feb 2011 - Till now.

Responsibilities:

 Responsible for all development activities in sand foundry Div.

 Prepare layout drawing for pattern manufacturing to describe parting line location and
core box design.
 Prepare 3D Model of a cast part and calculate modulus of each section.
 Responsible for Prototype casting 3D scanning and reports
 Methoding for steel castings for valves and engineering items with the objective of good
yield, quality and ease of fettling.
 Analyse the method using the simulation software Z cast Pro.
 Sample follow up and documenting the procedure before releasing the cast parts to
regular production.
 Prepare sample development plan.
 Responsible for taking corrective action for NCR.
 Pattern inspection and preparing pattern inspection report.
 Sample casting customer offering and responsible for casting approval.
 Preparing pre-machining drawing, Prepare lettering sketch and get approval from
customer.
 Prepare the product file document for each sample casting and keep file in update.
 Calculating development cost for the new parts thru RFQ received from marketing team.
 Receiving purchase orders and processing it to prepare existing patterns without any
time delay.
  Responsible for releasing patterns to production.
 Follow-up of patterns from pattern makers for on time supply.
 Maintain ISO Documents, departmental records.
 Supporting to the manufacturing team in reading the drawings.
 Handling 15 men team in Pattern shop, Work load allotment in pattern shop.
 Identifying process defects to improve the quality, reliability and safety of the process.
 Maintain and control customer properties like Pattern, Drawings.

2. Worked as a melting Supervisor Trainee at Sri Ranganathar Industries (P) ltd, from
March 2010 – Jan 2011.

Responsibilities:

 As a trainee to co-ordinate to other supervisor to take melts.

 Pouring log entry on ERP system.
 To arrange materials from stores for next day production on melting department.
