I discovered that I was an open person when I went to university, where I met different communities
and different environments, and although they differed from me, I had no problem recognizing their
different culture and environment. I often enjoy opening up to cultures that are different from the
world's nations, and also when I meet people who differ from me, I think of them as an opportunity
to increase my intellectual perceptions.

Task 3:
Teams and departments within a company are frequently formed by individuals with various
personality types. Managers and team leads may foster collaboration while taking into account the
variety of a group through good management. In order to maintain job satisfaction and foster a more
pleasant workplace culture, it might be helpful to understand how to manage various personalities at
work.
As a manager, I have to keep an eye on all the team members during the performance of
responsibilities. This will help me to discover the characteristics of everyone and know their
personalities. Having identified everyone's personalities, consider assigning tasks that are in line with
personality attributes. Finally, I set up a team with a number of different personalities, because this
method will help to create an integrated team in all different personal aspects.
