The Exemplary Territory is a project and a local solution with global potential.

It is a new way of
conceiving our lives, our relationship between human beings and our relationship with our living
space, to make it a territory that belongs to us and that we will take care of.

So that this territory in return provides us with what we need to live and prosper, thanks to a
beautified nature, a flourishing animal and plant life, preserved landscapes that bring us well-being
and comfort.

And is all this possible in a world that is struggling to find solutions for its medium-term survival? Will
we be able to ensure our supply of daily consumer goods?

Yes, but we are not used to thinking in this way, because we have entrusted the economic ideology
to institutions and the structuring of the economy to leaders, who have become more and more
powerful, with more and more concentrated economic power.

And locally, we have become passive consumers of this functioning, by being dependent on distant
mechanisms, without really realizing how the evolution of this economic system has affected our
territories. Our territories, especially the most fragile ones, have been deprived of their capacity to
manage and control their resources, for an economy that provides quality products, but also well-
paid jobs, to a satisfied population, which can consume them, implementing a virtuous economy.

After decades of economic passivity, we must also face the collapse, the result of irresponsible
policies and which threatens our supply of everyday consumer products and our minimum quality of
life, whereas by regaining control of our lives and our territories, we can use civilizational progress, to
find solutions, to no longer abuse the ecosystems while developing activities to satisfy our needs and
employment for all.

How can the exemplary territory project help us in this direction?

It is a project that has planned to provide the essential of what a territory needs, to know the limits
of the environmental load and to improve the condition of the ecosystems, by relying:

- Firstly on a scientific research, at the service of people and environment's needs to make them
reach a balance, which can guarantee dignified conditions for everyone.

- It also relies on the creation of an activity center, to organize the creation of local activities, in
connection with the needs expressed by the population and which will make them aware of the
understanding of a circular economy, to guarantee their standard of living and their jobs.

- Finally, thanks to the intervention of collective intelligence professionals, the population and the
actors are facilitated to collaborate together, to build actions that will improve their living conditions,
those of their territory and finally issue a territory project. Their actions will be accompanied by the
research center and the activity center.

How will the territories be formed? Are we using the administrative divisions? Is this unavoidable?

Each territory will be formed by a local decision process, according to criteria provided by the
research center. And as each territory is different, there will be as many possible combinations of
actions, of forms taken by the decisions of the local populations and oriented by their research
center. The project of an exemplary territory is evolutionary, it must choose a pilot territory, which
will focus attention, funding, and research potential, and it integrates the reproduction of the
concept in other partner territories, which will have participated in the initial project.
All this to provide a global solution, thought out and organized between local and global scales.

Is there anything that can be done to make the implementation of this project possible and
accelerate it?

Of course the exemplary territory needs your support for its starting phase and afterwards to make
the project live and give it the means of its ambition.

Hello, I am Rayan Frigoulier, independent researcher in Geography, I conceived the Exemplary

Territory project, after years of field experiments and research. Today, if you help us to go further,
you will build your own springboard towards a new model of society. But this is only the very
beginning.

Thanks to this KissKiss Bank funding program, we will be able to reach the stage of project
preparation, with the necessary equipment to prepare the different functionalities of the center, to
communicate to the general public, but also to influencers, to communities, to the research world.
Half of the funds, i.e. 15,000 euros, will constitute the reserve fund for the creation of an endowment
fund, which is the equivalent of a foundation, but more accessible. Once the endowment fund is
created, all the money will be reallocated to the development of the project, the details of which you
will see as we go along. The endowment fund, like a foundation, will constitute a financing pole for
the different parts of the exemplary territory and for the reproduction of the concept.

Self-financing will then complete or even supplement the overall financing capacity.

So it starts here and now, the new world is here, let's not miss the last possibilities that are available
