Mission
Through our Brookhurst JHS comprehensive counseling
program, we will:
Prepare all students with the 21st Century skills
necessary to persevere and succeed in a changing
world.
Create a positive connected community of caring
students who are actively engaged in learning about
themselves, their community, and the world.
Vision
Brookhurst Junior High School Students will be
supportive, responsible, productive, caring and
compassionate citizens. They will demonstrate
College and Career readiness as well as 21st Century
Skills when they assume their roles as lifelong
learners in their community.

We noticed the most progress during Q1 & Q2.
Have more time to regularly check-in with student
