On August 28, 2018, at 7:00 a.m., alias MARIO reported to PO2 Mc Ren John G
Alvaran, duty desk officer, thru telephone call, that an alleged stabbing incident
happened at around 6:55 a.m., at the vicinity of the City Plaza near the City Hall
Compound, Barangay Mayapa of the City, involving two (2) unidentified male victims
that were stabbed by two (2) male suspects, who immediately escaped on foot to
northeast direction and disappeared. The reportee alleged that he was about ten (10)
meters away from the place of incident. Further, that the victims sustained multiple
stabbed from the different parts of their body and appears to be unconscious. While the
suspect escaped after the incident bringing along with him the weapon used in the
commission of the crime. Elements of this Office were dispatched at said place of
incident to verify the veracity of the report.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that it is officially reported in the Police Blotter of Calamba

City Police Station, Barangay, Mayapa, Calamba City, Laguna on Page 25 and Entry
No. 1327 dated August, 2018 at 10:30 in the morning the following incidents/entries, to
read as follows:

FOLLOW UP OPERATION – On August 28, 2018 at about 10:00 a.m., the two
(2) suspects identified as CHRISTIAN JOVEN y PENA @ TAPANG, 24 years old,
single, construction worker, and a resident of No. 26, Malakas St., Barangay Mayapa,
Calamba City, Laguna and GERALD SUAREZ y SABUCO @ BOK, 25 years old,
single, tricycle driver and residing at No. 27, MAlakas St., Barangay Mayapa, Calamba
City, Laguna were arrested during follow-up operation conducted by the Tracker’s team
of this station. Recovered from their possession and control a 12-inch long bladed
weapon, three (3) pieces of heated sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white
grain substance believed to be Methamphetamine Hydrochloride locally known as
Shabu, one (1) unit of Cal. 38 revolver with defaced serial number, and four (4) rounds
of live ammunition in its cylinder. Suspects are now under the custody of this station for
proper led by PO2 George C Reyes investigation and disposition. The motive of the
incident is still undetermined and case is under investigation.
