Ask the groups to draw discussion topics:
. Topic 1: Code of conduct in direct communication (face to
face)
. Topic 2: Code of conduct in telephone communication
. Topic 3: Code of conduct in communication via email
. Topic 4: Code of conduct in communication through social
networks, media
. Topic 5: Code of conduct in communication with
international partners
Organize the groups to present in turn and let other groups ask
questions

3.2. Advisor Practice
• The lecturer summarizes the problems /
difficulties of students in communication (students
listed on their online assignment). Each problem /
difficulty is printed on a small piece of paper.
• Re-divide the class into small (temporary) groups
with the number of groups = number of problems /
difficulties students have
• Give each small group a piece of paper regarding
the problem/difficulty of students to solve.
