Hướng dẫn: động từ "to be" ở thì quá khứ đơn trong câu khẳng định được chia thành
"was" cho chủ ngữ ngôi thứ ba số ít (he, she, it) và "were" cho các chủ ngữ còn lại.
Trong câu phủ định, ta sẽ thêm "not" vào sau động từ "to be" thành was not/ wasn’t
hoặc were not/ weren’t.
