■ What were the best and worst parts of the Senior Project/Senior Seminar?
■ Best--
o Communication--Talking with everyone was my favorite part of getting this project out to the public. If it
weren’t for them, the project wouldn’t have been as successful, and no one would have heard about it.
o Support--When the people heard about this project, I got a huge amount of support from the public.
There were things posted for me, written, or even showcased at events.
■ Worst-
o Stress levels-- The entire time I was worried that I wouldn’t get any instruments or my project would not
be successful. My mind was going crazy because I had no idea what would happen.
■ List three things you now know after completing your Senior Project.
o Communication Skills
o Planning an Event
o Organization
■ Which aspect of the Senior Project/Senior Seminar stretched you the most? How did you feel about and react to
this challenge?
o It was getting the word about the project out to the people. This took lots of communication, email
writing, or introducing it at meetings. I feel I did quite well at this stretch, and I know if I didn’t
successfully do this, my project wouldn’t be successful.
■ How has the Senior Project/Senior Seminar changed you (skills, attitudes, work habits, capabilities, confidence,
poise, presentation, etc.)?
o It helped me grow my attitude towards my capabilities. At the start, I didn’t think I could make this
project as big as it was, but now I think differently. I showed myself that if I put myself out there, then it
could turn for the better. All it took was hard work, and that's what I used.
■ What grade would you give yourself for your Senior Project and what justification do you have for that grade?
o B+
▪ I did very well overall, but I missed a big step so I don’t think I deserve a 100% on the project.
When the grant successfully gets received than I would think my grade could go way higher.
