It is my absolute pleasure to highly recommend Adriana Diaz, whom I worked with at Service
Response Partners, LLC. Adriana worked with us for 26 months and reported directly to me,
in my position as Recruiting Program Manager.

As an employee, Adriana has always been dedicated, diligent, responsive, and showed extreme
attention to detail at all times. During Adriana’s time on the team, she was in charge of
performing Level 1 and Level 2 interviews with candidates and she has successfully completed
over 150 candidate interviews. In addition to being in charge of the interviewing process,
Adriana was taking care of delivering detailed notes to her Program Manager.

Her responsibilities included, but were not limited to, taking ownership over the interviewing
process, navigating the Recruiting Platform and making sure candidates are in the right stage of
the pipeline, organizing and coordinating fingerprinting appointments for the short-listed
candidates, and shepherding candidates from the interviewing stage all the way to the official
onboarding.

I’ve always put a premium on Adriana being a self-starter among my team members and she
never failed to deliver. She is incredibly creative and highly organized. Whenever there was a
need for a presentation to be put together for Job Fairs or at the end of the Quarterly Review,
we were always able to rely on Adriana for such tasks.
