Internship,

The company's training program provided me, as a developer, with

an incredible learning experience that has laid a strong foundation
for my career. The program's top-notch quality offered valuable

me to set ambitious goals and provided the necessary resources and
assistance to achieve them. Focused on industry best practices and
real-world applications, the training instilled in me the confidence to
undertake Java development projects. The mentors unwavering
support and guidance were invaluable, as they readily clarified
doubts and provided personalized feedback. Through their emphasis
on every aspect of the development lifecycle, from design to testing,
coding standards, and effective communication, the company's
commitment to excellence was commendable. Regular code reviews
and feedback sessions facilitated my growth, leading to improved
coding skills and the production of clean, efficient code. Having
learned the critical skill of time management, I am sincerely grateful

Below are our prerequisites:

1. We are hiring for role of - Developer

2. Criteria:
a. Batch - Freshers 2024 pass-out (Open to all specializations).
b. 60% with max 2 arrears.

3. Expected Skills:
a. Strong fundamentals of programming.
b. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
c. Proactive and Self-motivated.
d. Good oral and written communication skills.
 4. CTC - 4.5 & 6.5 Lakhs per annum

5. Employment Requirements : 6 months of training/

Internship followed by 12 months of mandatory period of service
(No bond agreement).

6. Test & Interview Process:

a. Level 1 - Aptitude test - Virtual
b. Level 2 - Programming test - Virtual
c. Level 3 - Technical Interview – In Office
