BEANS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
350 g of beans
1 green banana
1/2 onion
1/2 pepper
1 carrot
2 garlic
1 tomato
Coriander
Condiments
Salt

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Put the beans in water the night before to soften them.
2. Add the beans, a piece of onion, a piece of paprika and two cloves
of garlic and salt to the pressure cooker with hot water.
3. Cook for 20 - 25 minutes
4. Foods added earlier are removed.
5. Add a green banana cut into pieces and cook for 5 minutes
6. In a frying pan make a stew with tomato, onion, carrot, garlic
and condiments.
7. Cook to desired doneness
