KEBAAB DELIGHT

Ingredients

2 cups rice
5 cups water
2 tsp salt
1 cup grated carrots
1 large onion finely chopped and fried in cup oil
500 grams mutton mince
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp finely chopped green chilli
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp garlic and ginger crushed
1 tsp salt
cup oil
1 cup tomato grated
2 tbsp margarine
2 cardamoms seeds
2 tsp cumim seeds
2 sticks cinnamon sticks
3 cloves

Method

1. Mix all spices together with salt


2. Boil rice in water and salt until cooked
3. Add carrots and complete cooking.
4. Drain excess water .Add the fried onion to mincemeat with spice
ingredients. Combine well; make into walnut size balls and gently
fry in the oil until brown.
5. Add tomato and complete cooking.
6. Heat margarine in a large pot; add cardamom, cumin, cinnamon
and cloves.
7. Add well drained rice.
8. Add kebab mixture and combine gently with rice
9. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
