MELTING MOMENTS

INGREDIENTS
250 grams soft butter
1 cup icing sugar
cup cooking oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 cup cake flour
3 heaped tbsp. corn flour

METHOD
1. Cream butter with a whisk for a minute Add oil, vanilla
essence, and icing sugar and whisk for 2 mins
2. Add dry ingredients and whisk for 1 min
3. Spoon into piping bag with a large nozzle attached. Pipe
whatever design you wish to on a baking tray lined with
a baking paper
4. Bake in preheated oven 180 degrees for 10 mins or until
you can see the edges browning
5. Remove from oven.
6. Once cooled ,dip in chocolate
