DRY FISH CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS
4 tomatoes grated
1 onion finely sliced
1 green chili
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chilli powder
tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp jeera seeds
Salt
Dhania leaves chopped

METHOD
1. Wash dry fish well to remove excess salt,
2. Soak in boiling water for 20 mins and discard the water.
3. Fry the fish in oil until it browns a little.Keep aside.
4. Heat some oil in another pan and add the jeera and
mustard seeds until it crackles
5. Add onions to fry until soft,Add ginger garlic paste,fry
for a few seconds,then add in chilli powder ,Add dry fish
pieces, grated tomatoes sliced green chili and salt to
taste ,Cook until tomatoes are done.
6. Garnish with chopped dhania leaves
