TINFISH SAMOUSAS

INGREDIENTS
2 tins fish cleaned or(Fresh fish steamed and shredded)
1onion chopped finely
2tsp roasted jeera seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
tsp haldi powder
2tsp curry powder
2tsp garlic and ginger paste
1tsp dhania jeera powder
2tbsp oil
2 chillies cut finely
Coriander leaves CHOPPED
Few mint leaves finely chopped

METHOD
1. Heat oil add onions fry on medium heat until soft then
add jeera seeds mustard seeds ,garlic ginger paste
powdered spices and mix well
2. Add tinfish stir well and add salt to taste.
3. Turn off heat then add chillies,coriander and mint Mix
well
4. Cool before filling
