Mince Fillings For Samousas
INGREDIENTS
500gms mutton or chicken mince
1onion finely chopped
2tsp garlic and ginger paste
1 tsp chilli powder
tsp haldi powder
2sp masala
1 cup green peas
1tsp jeera seeds
1tsp garam masala
METHOD
1. Heat some oil in a pot and add the jeera seeds and
onion fry till golden brown,Add the garlic and ginger
paste haldi chilli powder masala garam masala and
salt.
2. Mix well add mince peas and cup of water.
3. Cover and cook until mince is cooked and dry Allow to
cool.
4. Now filling is ready for samousas
