    WATERMELON SORBET

    INGREDIENTS
    1 cup sugar
    cup water
    cup lemon juice
    4 cups water melon pieces

    METHOD
    1. Boil the above ingredients
    2. Mix syrup with watermelon in blender.
    3. Freeze in a Tupperware
