GREEN BEANS CURRY

INGREDIENTS
500 grms green beans washed and sliced
1 onion sliced
tsp garlic crushed
cup peas
1 small tomato chopped
tsp cumim seeds
tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp masala
1 cup water
Salt to taste
1 tbsp oil

METHOD
1. In a pan heat oil add jeera and sliced onions,fry until
light brown.
2. Add in crushed garlic allow to fry for 1 minute then add
tomato masala turmeric powder , green beans peas,
salt and braise for few min.
3. Add 1cup of water, little at a time and cook until green
beans and peas are soft.
4. Lower heat and let beans fry till a little oil surfaces on
the top.
5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
