POTATO FILLING FOR SAMOUSAS

INGREDIENTS
8 medium potatoes cubed
2 medium onions finely sliced
4tsp chilli powder
2tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
A handful of pudina(Mint)and dhania leaves
2green chillies finely sliced

METHOD

1. Braise onions in a little oil until soft


2. Add potatoes salt and all the spices and mix well
3. Allow to cook on low heat until potatoes are cooked
soft and mashed
4. When done add the finely sliced chillies together with
the chopped corander and mint leaves
5. Filling is now ready to use for samousas
