MUSHROOM PEAS AND POTATO

INGREDIENTS
1 tray mushrooms
1cup peas
1 potato cubed
1small onion sliced
tsp jeera seeds
2tsp curry powder
1 tomato sliced
Curry leaves
1 tsp garlic paste

METHOD
1. Wash and slice mushrooms.
2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pot and add the cumim seeds,add
onions and fry till soft and light brown in colour.
3. Add garlic and ginger paste, and saute for2 min .
4. Add curry powder 1 sliced chili and curry leaves and fry
for another min then add in tomato mushrooms ,peas
and potato and salt to taste and cook on low heat for
ten minutes .
5. Garnish with chopped dhania leaves and serve with roti
