LAMB CHOPS CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS
1kg lamb chops
6 large tomatoes grated
1 large onion sliced
2tsp garlic ginger paste
1tsp chilli powder
1tsp curry powder
1 green chilli sliced
1 sprig of curry leaves
2 tbsp Oil
Salt

MARINATE meat with:-

1tsp chili powder


1tsp ginger and garlic paste
1tsp coriander powder
1tsp cumin powder

METHOD
1. Heat oil in a thick pot
2. Add in chops and brown.
3. Remove from pot.
4. Brown onions in same pot and then add dry spices and
braise.
5. Add ginger garlic and tomatoes, salt.
6. Add in curry leaves and chili.
7. Cook for few minutes, and then add chops.
8. Cover and simmer on low heat until cooked
