CONTRACT

I undersigned understand and agree to the following terms and conditions

This agreement is entered into on 16th April 2024 between Swastik furniture, hereinafter
referred to as the "Client," and Contentmedia, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider."

Services Provided:
Social media strategy development
Content creation (including graphics, videos, and copywriting)
Social media platform management
Community engagement and moderation
Analytics and reporting

Terms of Agreement:
The Service Provider agrees to provide the above services to the Client for a period of a month,
beginning on 16th April 2024 and ending on 20th May 2024.
The Client agrees to compensate the Service Provider with a weekly Fee of Rs 3750, payable on
the Tuesday of each week.
Either party may terminate this agreement with a written notice of 7 days.
The Client will provide all necessary access to social media accounts and relevant materials for
the Service Provider to carry out the agreed-upon services.

All content created by the Service Provider as part of this agreement shall remain the
intellectual property of the Client.
The Service Provider may use examples of the work created for the Client for promotional
purposes, with the Client's consent.

Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information
shared during the course of this agreement.

Liability:
The Service Provider shall not be held liable for any loss of revenue, profits, or damages
incurred by the Client as a result of the services provided.
