Undertaking from Proposed Transferee

I Ajit Singh S/o Late Sh. Nihal Singh R/o H.N. 1224 Sector-

21, Distt. Gurugram do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under, do

hereby solemnly affirm and undertake with reference to provisional

transfer letter no. HSIIDC/IMT/Estate/2024/107-108dated 09.04.2024 for

transfer of Plot no. 219 Sector-6, IMT-Manesar as under:-

a. That in case any increase in FAR is required at any stage, we

will approach the concerned office to consider its request on

merits of the case and this permission by way of PTL will not

entitle it for any such increase in FAR.

b. I will be governed by the Estate Management Procedure-

2015 as amended time to time.

c. That the provisional transfer conveys only technical

permission in terms of allotment, which is required to be taken

by the allottee from the corporation and will not absolve it from

any clearance required from any of the authorities under any

other Act(S), Whatsoever, and the corporation shall in no way

be responsible for any violations of any Act(S) applicable from

time to time, if committed by the parties.


d. The premises shall be utilized for permissible activity only as

defined under EMP-2015 and an affidavit to this respect shall

be submitted by the transferee

e. That the premises shall be utilized for permissible activity

only & shall not be utilized for office/corporate

office/service center/godown/warehouse/buying house/showro

om/display & sales/trading/training centres etc.

f. That we have verified about the construction violations, if

any, existing at site and we shall solely be responsible for

payment of penalties /compounding fee and /or removal of the

same and /or damages caused due to the same.

g. That basement not exceeding the maximum permissible zone

on ground floor, if any, shall be used only for parking, storage

& utilities if it satisfies the public health, fire safety, structural

required and not for any other purpose including industrial/

manufacturing/ R&D Lab shall not be carried out.

h. That no relay/ communication tower shall be installed at the

roof top without prior written permission of corporation.

i. That the building shall be used in accordance with approved

building plan and occupation certificate only.


j. That the captioned plot is not mortgaged to any

Bank/Financial institution.

k. There is no un-authorised bore well at plot no.219sector-6,

IMT-Manesar

l. That there is no dispute regarding ownership/no court case is

pending, before any Competent Authority/Hon’ble Court with

respect to the plot.

m. That any additional price of the aforesaid plot as a

consequence of enhancement in compensation that has

been/may be awarded by the court(s) in any matters/cases

arising out of acquisition proceeding or any incidental or

connected matter thereto shall be payable by the transferee

allottee as and when demanded by the Corporation
