I am currently pursuing my career in Culinary Arts and would like to learn new things and gain
experience. My future plan is to open up my own restaurant which is a fusion of Asian and European
cuisine. I would like to work in Japan in the future and to learn traditional Japanese cuisines and to learn
about Japanese culture

AUGUST – DECEMBER 2019
TRAINEE – ONE WORLD HOTEL
I was a trainee at One world Hotel for five months for my internship when doing my diploma in
Taylors University. I was able to learn new things from every kitchen. It was useful for me later
when I was continuing my next semester in University

SEPTEMBER 2020- MAY 2021


ASSISTANT CHEF – RATATOUILLE HAWKER
When I was an assistant chef at Ratatouille hawker, I had learnt many new things like managing a
restaurant, ordering goods and also managing the restaurants inventory.

EDUCATION
AUGUST 2018 – JULY 2020
DIPLOMA, TAYLORS UNIVERSITY
My GPA for all my semesters were above 3.5 and there were many practical kitchen classes for
each semester. The practical classes were more focused on French and European cuisine

AUGUST 2021- APRIL 2022


ADVANCE DIPLOMA, TAYLORS UNIVERSITY
I am currently doing my advance diploma in culinary arts where I have successfully completed
the first semester with a GPA of 3.8. For the second semester, students are required to plan and
create a menu for their respective dinner services on the given dates.

HOBBIES & FREE TIME


I love to cook and bake new dishes and pastries. During my free time, I will try and create new recipes
and also bake cakes, tarts and many other pastries. In future, I plan to open up a restaurant and serve
many unique dishes to guest so that everyone can enjoy my food.
