OBJECTIVE
Dedicated New England Culinary Institute student seeking an internship opportunity where I can further develop my culinary skills. I have worked with other people as a team where we begin together and we end together. Team mates are important in this industry since we need to rely on each other and work well in a supportive environment.
Throughout school I have developed my skills of working hard, being honest and respectful, having enthusiasm and reliability, and working as part of a team. Im open minded to the many possibilities I may encounter in the future. Im bilingual, I speak Spanish and English. Have gained experience in knife skills, table service skills and basic food theory skills and baking. Currently learning the Meat Fabrication, French Cuisines, Al Carte, and Culinary Basics.
