Relationship to the floor Relationship with floor activity

1. Ask learners to find their own space alone in the room 1. Learners will be following your teacher ‘s instructions
2. Use the following verbal cues with class:
✓ Imagine you are stuck on the floor :your feet your back and your
arms are stuck on the floor
✓ A thick sticky glue has attached you to the floor
✓ Try to move as around making as much contact with the floor as
possible
✓ The glue on the right side has lost sticky ness
✓ You are stuck only on the left side of your body
✓ Move as much as you can, keeping your left side in contact with the
floor, now the stickiness of the glue has moved to the right side of
the body
✓ Move as much as you can ,keeping your left in contact with the
floor keeping your right side in contact with the floor, you are able
to escape a sticky glue
✓ Break free from the floor
✓ Try not to get caught up in the glue again by making as little
contact with floor as possible
