Shreyas International Yoga Retreat with all modern
amenities especially designed for HNI and NRI with
taste of our Culture and will be called as Ayurveda
village which gives an opportunity to learn and practice
the different facets of yoga for physical-mental strength,
balance, and flexibility, complemented by rejuvenation
massages to deepen the relaxation without involving
ayurveda therapies.
A. Water Supply :
+ HDPE PIPELINE NETWORK - Pipes dia from
75mm to 200mm laid at a depth of 1 m below
FRL. Pipes are of PE-100 grade and PN 6.0 rating
for gravity mains and PN 10.0 rating for pumping
mains and conform to IS standards. Pipes are
pressure- tested.
+ Pipes jointing is done using latest ELECTRO
FUSION welding
technology using specials of PN 10.0 rating.
+ For individual plot connections, 20mm dia
MDPE pipes conforming to IS standards are
used.
+ SLUICE VALVES of Ductile Iron material
conforming to IS standards housed in Brick
masonry chambers.
B. UNDER GROUND DRAINAGE:
+ Work involves a network of manholes and inter
connecting pipelines.
+ Manholes are constructed using first class table
moulded bricks of class 50 designation and
cement mortar. SFRC frames and covers of
HD-20 grade are used as cover.
+ For sewer pipeline SN 8 class DWC (double
wall corrugated) HDPE pipes of dia varying from
160mm to 300mm and conforming to relevant IS
standards are used. Flow test is done to ensure
leak –proof ness of joints.
+ For individual plot connections, 100/150mm dia
DWC HDPE pipes with connecting specials
conforming to IS standards are used.
ALL PIPELINE TRENCHES ARE BACKFILLED
IN LAYERS, WATERED AND COMPACTED TO
AVOID FUTURE SINKING OF ROADS and
SHOULDERS.
C. STORM WATER DRAINS:
+ A network of RCC cast in-situ DRAINS as per
design are provided.
+ For cross drainage, RCC CULVERTS of M20
grade as per structural design are provided.
+ Drains are of (450 x 450) mm to (750 x 750) mm
size as per flow consideration.
+ Rain water harvesting structures as per hydro-
geological designs will be provided at identified
vantage points and parks for ground water
re-charging.
D. ROAD WORK:
+ Soil subgrade formation is done to proper
camber and longitudinal slope using mechanical
grader and compacted using vibratory roller.
+ Road crust design based on MORT&H specs
(class AA loading)
considering results of CBR tests of soil subgrade.
+ Granular sub base (GSB) and wet mix macadam
(WMM) courses for base course are laid and
compacted as per standard construction
practice.
+ Over this, bituminous layers of Dense
bituminous macadam (DBM) and riding surface of
Pre-mix bituminous layer are provided. both
layers are compacted to desired density as per
MORT&H norms.
E. PARKS:
+ Landscaped gardens with paved pathways and
seatings including gazebo structures with
importance to more green space.
+ A themed park with tree avenues and huge
water body is proposed.
F. UNDER GROUND ELECTRICAL NETWORK:
+ Underground electricity supply cables as per
BESCOM approval will be provided in a DWC
HDPE / RCC pipeline conduits considering safety
and aesthetic aspects.
+ Electrical transformers of 250 kva 5 star rating as
per BESCOM approval and feeder pillar boxes
(FPB) for each cluster of plots.
+ Individual plot inspection chambers with
underground DWC HDPE conduits (SN4 grade)
will be provided to facilitate plot connections in
future.
+ Street lighting using solar power / conventional
source.
+ Communication cable facilitating DWC conduits
are provided.
G. SAFETY AND SECURITY:
+ Security surveillance room with AI enabled
monitoring facility is provided.
+ CC cameras at all vantage points will be installed
and monitored from the central surveillance room.
+ 24 x 7 security personnel will be deployed at the
entrance security room.
