 The 2nd GMM officially started at 10:30 AM as Kuya Pres Ninoy Mopas called the meeting
to order.
 It was attended by 38 out of 52 Regular members. Among the 14 absentees, were 1
inactive member, 3 excused for health reasons, and 10 incurred absence without
notification.
 It was presided by newly inducted Club President, Kuya Ninoy Mopas.

Secretary
 Kuya Josh expressed gratitude and thanks to all the Cavaliers for having entrusted him
the secretary position. Knowing that the responsibilities handed down by Ate Toks
are but a big shoe to fit, he requested Ate Toks, along with others, to continuously
guide him in the performance of his duties.

Toks—Thugs ay updated sa dues at GMM. Matagal naman nang naibalik, ibalik na lang sa Thugs.
Oliver—Sa trabaho natin, mahirap ibalance. Magpalit ng sapatos.
Art---Ibalik sa tao.

Kuya Pres: Submit Proposals. Ate Yam and Kuya Jaz gather resources, study, propose, plan
If deemed viable and approved, we will carry it out.

Ids are still produced in Cagayan not in Manila but there are a lot of encoders now to expedite
production of forms and IDs.

OIC—Yes, you can form one, but still under the umbrella of CGEEC thru 5Is. Addtl pymnts etc.
