WIPER / WASHER WASHER MOTOR(for Steel Type Bumper) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1.INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY 85330

a. Install the windshield washer jar assembly with the

3 bolts in the order indicated in the illustration.
Torque:
5.5 N*m (56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf)

b. Attach the clamp.

2.INSTALL WASHER INLET SUB-ASSEMBLY 85301

a. Install the washer inlet sub-assembly to the windshield washer jar assembly.

b. Attach the claw and guide.

Install in this Direction

3.INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY 85310

a. Install the windshield washer motor and pump

assembly.

b. Connect the connector.

4.FILL UP WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR WITH WASHER FLUID

a. Connect the washer hose.

b. Refill the windshield washer fluid.

c. Return the front fender liner LH to its original

position as shown in the illustration.

d. Install the 10 clips.

5.INSTALL FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD FRONT SEAL LH 53892G

a. Install the front fender splash shield front seal LH with the 5 screws.
