nication is the key to be successful. You need to work together, listen to each

Basic rules:
- We help each other to understand the assignments and have good communication.

-If one on the group members has difficulties with an assignment you should ask for
help and the members of your group has to respond as soon as they can.
-We work as a group so we are all responsible for each other’s work.

Presence and absence rules:


- Each group member has to participate every meeting that has been planned. Only
when you have an excuse you do not have to be there.
-(Try to) be on time.
-When you fail to be on time make sure that you contact one of the group members
and let them know where you are and when you are there.
-We will use an attendance list to see how many times you missed class or a meet-
ing.
-Work according to the planning and finish your part on time. In case that you cannot
do your work ask someone for help on time.
-After two warnings of not working they way you should, we will have a meeting
whether we should kick this member out of the group.

Report rules:
-Every task that you make has to be double checked by another member before de-
livering.
-Try to do your work in good English.
-Deliver your work in time. If you don’t make it on time let your group members know
so they can help you.
-We are all responsible for the work we deliver. Help each other in the best way you
can to get a better grade.

Participation rules:
- There are different nationalities in your group. Respect each others opinion and try
to understand.
-Show your input during meetings and before meetings by setting up new ideas.
-Everyone has to give their opinion during meetings.
-There will be a leader and a secretary every week. There will be 1 leader and the
secretary will change every week.
-Listen to others and take initiative to help them.

Personal rules:
- Sending a message on Whatsapp as a reminder to keep track of the time manage-
ment.
- Telling someone if he or she does something wrong straight away.
- Communicate if you are not coming to class before the class starts.
- When you don't show up, the group will tell you what you need to do in your own
time.
- If you do not show up at a meeting unannounced that we scheduled together, you
can get kicked out (3 strikes rule).
- Reasons not to show up:

1- Sickness.
2- Family matter.
3- Travel issues.
4- Uncontrollable matters.
5- Injury.

Agreements:
- Contact each other by mail or phone.
-Treat everyone with respect.
-First let everyone speak and then help them in a positive way.
-Everyone agrees to do their very best.
-We will communicate whenever we have news (whatsapp, video chats).

The most important thing is how we interact with each other. We made rules be-
cause we think by following this rules we will achieve our task to make an excellent
report. By having fun during working we can improve our skills, because we will be
able to help each other without having any problems.
